Occupational Therapist Supported Camp Sessions
This summer, Tree Frog Treks will be offering two camp sessions with Occupational Therapist support. We have expanded our team to include professional occupational therapist Corry Wagner, who is trained in working with children who experience challenges in attention, self-regulation, sensory processing, and/or social interactions. These sessions offer a supported environment to ensure that every child has a positive camp experience.
Our OT will seamlessly participate in camps sessions, adding to the TFT experience by providing assistance to individuals with sensory processing and attention. Practicing tools for regulation and attention in a camp environment will give children a solid foundation for using skills at school, at home and in play with friends.
When you sign up your child for a supported TFT session, you will also have access to personal consult from Corry should you have any additional information to share about your child, or any questions or concerns to address.
Please note: While this camp can provide therapeutic and developmental benefits for many children, please keep in mind that this is not a therapeutic camp. Our program is designed to provide support to high-functioning children with attention, regulation, and processing challenges, and would not be appropriate for children with multiple disabilities.
If you have questions regarding whether this camp will be beneficial for your child, please call Corry directly at 415-518-8250
