Thank for you for helping us achieve our goal of giving over 25,000 children in the San Francisco Bay Area the opportunity to handle a frog, lizard, turtle or tortoise!

Tadpole Headstart Program

Tree Frog Treks' Tadpole Headstart Program gives children the opportunity to care for native tadpoles, observe them grow and go through metamorphosis, and return them to their native habitat. Our tadpoles are obtained from a private pond.

Tree Frog Treks offers a variety of enriching experiences at schools and community events. From live animal handling to nature walks to science experiments and art projects, our goal is to help make science fun and create critical thinkers through wild science!
