School Enrichment Programs
In- and After School Enrichment Programs
Tree Frog Treks teaches fun interactive in- and after school science enrichment programs that introduce kids to concepts in biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences and natural history. Our programs also allow them to meet live reptiles and amphibians face-to-face. Our themed curriculum cover integrated science topics and reinforces learning through hands-on science experiments, art projects, movement and song. Our sessions run for 8-12 weeks depending on your school's scheduling needs. All of our lead teachers have college degrees, many have Master's degrees, and all have been thoroughly trained by Tree Frog Treks to teach our curriculum and introduce children to live reptiles and amphibians.

School Visits and Assemblies
In presentations led by an energetic and knowledgeable naturalist, we encourage children to see themselves as part of a larger system of natural life in which every organism plays an important part. Our naturalists will introduce children to our creeping, crawling and slithering co-workers, from tiny Pacific Tree Frogs to 14-foot-long Burmese Pythons. We'll bring a variety of amphibians and reptiles, discuss how they're adapted to their natural habitats, and examine what role they play in the ecosystem.
Our presentations can be tailored to meet your schools' interests. Other themes and curriculum are available.
Field Trips

Our field trips are opportunities for your child's class to explore the great outdoors with our experienced naturalists who are well-trained in local flora, fauna and natural history. With trips from the backwoods to the tidepools of the Bay area,
students get to meet and greet a few our Animal Ambassadors; use our reference materials, dip-nets, spotting-scopes, binoculars, and bug containers on scavenger hunts. Students use observation skills that they will learn and develop while on our hikes, all while fostering a relationship with and love for the natural world around them.
