How To Register

Fill out your child's registration information.
Select the program for which you would like to register.
Click "Submit".
The page will refresh, and
a "Checkout" button will
appear above. Your child
is now registered! If you
would like to register
for additional programs or for additional children, repeat steps 1-3.
Click the "Checkout"
button to pay for your registered programs.
You will be taken to the payment page. Here you
can review your registered program(s) and child(ren). You will be able to make changes here.
Pay for your registered program(s).
You will now have the "
option to "Pay Now" (via
PayPal) or "Pay Later" (via mail-in check).

At this time, we only accept credit card payments via PayPal, which you must do
at the time of registration.
We apologize for this inconvenience - we are looking into alternative methods for parents to
pay via credit card.

Our refund policy is as follows:

14+ days notice: Program fee refunded less 10% administration fee
8-14 days notice: Program fee refunded less 50% administration fee
7 or less days notice: Program fee is nonrefundable

Winter Camps Refund Policy
Our Winter Camps Refund Policy is as follows:

Before Dec 1: Camp fee refunded less 10% administration fee
Before Dec 15: Camp fee refunded less 50% administration fee
On or After Dec 15: Camp fee is nonrefundable

Spring Camps Refund Policy
Our Spring Camps Refund Policy is as follows:

Before Mar 1: Camp fee refunded less 10% administration fee
Before Mar 15: Camp fee refunded less 50% administration fee
On or After Mar 15: Camp fee is nonrefundable

Summer Camps Refund Policy
Our Summer Camps refund policy is as follows:

Before Apr 1: Camp fee refunded less 10% administration fee
Between Apr 1-May 15: Camp fee refunded less 50% administration fee
On or after May 16: Camp fee is nonrefundable
