OHECK Boogie - Thinking Like a Scientist

O bservations- Take a closer look at the world around you. Put one hand up shade your eyes to help observe into the distance.

H ypothesis- Make an educated guess to explain something, based on your previous observations. (To get across the meaning of: Hypothesis - Do the “La Cucaracha Hypothesis – the dance of questions” Say: “La Cucaracha, La Cucaracha, it's a HYPOTHESIS!” while moving your arms to the beat of the song.) Rub your chin.

E xperiments- Test your hypothesis and inquire further. Rub your hands together.

C onclusions- What happened? Were you right? Do you need to change your hypothesis? Rub your chin again.

K nowledge- Share your findings with others so that together you can help each other better understand how the world works. Put both hands over your head and make the Tree of Knowledge
